Lou&You is developing the first digital companion for people affected by violence.
Lou offers users free, anonymous, personalized information, and support services close to their homes, as well as digital tools that facilitate their personal journey and legal steps. Our vision is to create a real and sustainable deterrent effect for (potential) perpetrators.
what you won't find at Lou&You
working at Lou definitely ensures the infamous "steep learning curve", but certainly no weekend work or regular overtime. Due to the lack of an office, we also do not have a ball pit – sorry! But one thing is for sure: every person who is part of our team can help shape Lou, ask critical questions, contribute ideas, change processes, in short: become a part of Lou.
this is especially important to us: in developing Lou, we are aware that we cannot speak or make decisions for people whose marginalization we are not ourselves negatively affected by. Because Lou is meant to be a support for all those affected,
we especially look forward to receiving applications from Bi_PoC, queer and people with disabilities.
